Food Waste Prevention and Recovery Assessment Report
This report was prepared by CPHN for the City of Seattle Office of Sustainability & Environment and Seattle Public Utilities in 2015 and released in 2016.
The report assesses the barriers and opportunities to food waste prevention and recovery and has 11 high-level recommendations to increase food waste prevention and recovery in the commercial sector. It informs Seattle Public Utilities and other City departments about the roles they might play in fostering prevention and recovery.
