Intern Projects

Students in the RD training program complete 1200+ hours of supervised practice; 7 weeks of which are spent in their concentration rotation. MPH students complete their concentration in Public Health (PH), while MS students complete their concentration in Medical Nutrition Therapy (MNT), typically a clinical setting. The concentration rotation culminates in a poster that represents the area of practice from the 7 weeks. Note that for MPH students in the RD training program, the Public Health concentration also serves as their MPH Practicum.

For a sampling of past projects from the two different concentrations, see the catalogs below of Public Health and Medical Nutrition Therapy posters.

During the program experience, students have many opportunities to create and complete projects. For more student projects, see the Student Projects in the Graduate Study section.
