Stress and Eating Behaviors of Dietitians During the COVID-19 Pandemic

Registered dietitians were surveyed using assessment tools for perceived stress, orthorexia nervosa risk, and eating competence. Stress was found to be inversely associated with eating competence but was unrelated to risk for orthorexia nervosa.
