Anne Lund is the Program Director of the Graduate Coordinated Program in Dietetics (GCPD), serves as Director of the Master of Public Health Program in the Nutritional Sciences Program and is a Associate Teaching Professor in the Department of Epidemiology in the School of Public Health at University of Washington. 

Lund joined the core faculty of the Nutritional Sciences Program in 2009.  As GCPD Director she coordinates the curriculum and supervised practice placements necessary for students to become Registered Dietitian Nutritionists (RDN) as required by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics. In 2015 Lund was awarded the Outstanding Dietetics Educator Award by the Academy’s Nutrition and Dietetic Educators and Preceptors group.  

As Director of the Master of Public Health Program, Lund coordinates the curriculum, practicum and fieldwork requirements for MPH-Nutrition students to meet the Council on Education for Public Health accreditation requirements. 

Before joining the NSP faculty, Lund was a research coordinator for 5 years at the UW Center for Public Health Nutrition where her work focused on school wellness policies and screen time reduction efforts. Lund served as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Nepal and completed her dietetic training at the University of Wisconsin- Madison. 

In 2017, Anne Lund was named Outstanding Dietitian of the Year by the Washington State Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
