New Autumn 2016 Course: NUTR 141 Introduction to Foods

NUTR 141 Introduction to Foods will examine how foods are used by different people and cultures to deliver nutrients and energy. Students will explore the evolution of the global food supply, food preparation techniques, food patterns, and eating habits as they relate to diets, nutrition, and personal and public health.
