The UW Nutritional Sciences Program is composed of core, interdisciplinary, and clinical faculty who are nationally and internationally recognized experts with connections spanning a wide range of disciplines including epidemiology, food systems, health services, environmental and occupational health sciences, global health, medicine, pharmacy, and urban design and planning.
Strong links to the University of Washington Health Sciences Center, Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, county and state public health agencies, and regional hospitals provide unique opportunities for students to participate in innovative nutrition research, diverse clinical experiences, and hands-on public health training.
