Food Systems, Nutrition, and Health majors choose a minimum 20 credits of 300- and 400-level courses organized around four concentrations:
- Business, Economics, & Marketing
- Environment & Sustainability
- Social & Economic Equity
- Nutrition & Health Equity
This list of approved electives is effective for students entering the major in WIN 2019 and beyond. Students may petition for the use of individual courses not on the approved list by way of the online course substitution process.
There are limitations to the number of internship, study abroad, and research credits that can be applied toward the major. Please consult with the adviser.
