Applications are reviewed holistically and assessed by a faculty admissions committee. Due to the number of applications we receive and program size, admission is competitive. In addition to the applicant’s academic record and skills, the committee considers the whole application including relevant professional work and/or volunteer experience, overcoming adversity or disadvantage in achieving educational goals, motivation, and fit with the field and program.

The Nutritional Sciences Program enrolls new students in autumn quarter only. The application deadline for Autumn 2019 is December 1, 2018. Because the deadline falls on a Saturday, we will keep the application open until 11:59 pm on Monday, December 3, 2018.
